For your convenience we offer a paperless check in. Check in time is 3 p.m. This time allows for us to make certain your room is pristine before your arrival. Should you need earlier accommodation, we are happy to assist upon availability. An early check-in charge may be applicable.

Check out time is at 12 p.m.. Requests for a late check out should be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.

Any cancellations should be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or post). Bookings that are cancelled will be subject to the following penalties:

• up to 21 days before arrival date no penalty will be applied.
• from 21 to 2 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty equal to the first night of the stay booked.
• from 2 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.

Any reduction in the duration of the stay will be considered a cancellation.

In the event of a no show or early departure your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.

We appreciate that your children have sophisticated tastes. We have many amenities for our younger Guests and we are happy to assist in arranging family excursions or babysitting services. Contact us for more information.

The Locanda is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in any public area or guest rooms. A smoking cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.
